Artist in Residence
Opera on the Go offers one of the most experienced and effective Arts-in-Education programs available. Twenty years of working in schools, have fine-tuned the company's teaching skills, and put them in great demand. Specializing in vocal and dramatic improvisational exercises, students are trained in the discipline, creativity, and projection necessary in performing on stage. Teachers are supplied age-appropriate, 13 page Study Guides. All Opera on the Go presentations incorporate active audience participation, so that newly discovered talents from the workshops are quickly put to the performance test!

Teacher Workshops
Workshops are offered to educators, in tandem with the 13 page study guide, to assist teachers in the preparatory work necessary to bring "live" opera to their students. These teacher workshops can be offered jointly with the above residencies.

Musical Theater Workshops
Opera on the Go had been awarded a grant from the NYC Department of Youth Services for multiple years, enabling them to offer Musical Theater Workshops throughout New York City.
